Split PDF by Size

Cuts the document into consecutive parts, each no larger than the size you set (KB), keeping page order — the classic fix for e-mail attachment limits. A single page that is bigger than the limit becomes its own part and is flagged. Parts are zipped with their page ranges in the file names.

How to use Split PDF by Size

Consecutive parts each under your KB limit, page order kept, oversized single pages flagged — zipped with page ranges.

  1. Prepare your input

Open a PDF and enter the per-part size limit.

  2. Use the workspace

Review consecutive parts and oversized-page warnings.

  3. Check your result

Open the ZIP and check each PDF's actual file size.

Know the limits

A single page may exceed the target by itself; splitting cannot guarantee that every part fits.
