Before you begin.

Will a CSV preserve my workbook formatting and formulas?

CSV is a text table. It does not retain workbook styles, charts, multiple worksheets or Excel formula behavior. Keep the original XLSX when those features matter.

Does Merge Excel combine every sheet?

Merge Excel combines the first worksheet from each input file. Preview the row counts and headers first. Use the sheet extraction tool when you need to work with selected sheets.

How should I check a converted data file?

Compare row and column counts, headers and a few representative records. Pay particular attention to leading zeros, dates, large identifiers and empty cells before using the result in another system.

Are my spreadsheets processed privately?

The browser tools process selected spreadsheets on your device, without sending them to a FileUp24 processing server. Very large workbooks can exceed browser memory; start with a smaller file if processing fails.
