PDF Text per Page

Extracts the text layer of every page into its own .txt file and zips them, one file per page. No OCR: scanned pages come out empty, and the preview says which ones.

How to use PDF Text per Page

One .txt per page, zipped — no OCR, and pages without a text layer are called out.

  1. Prepare your input

Open a PDF with readable text.

  2. Use the workspace

Review pages that have little or no extracted text.

  3. Check your result

Download the ZIP and compare each TXT with its corresponding page.

Know the limits

No OCR is performed. A scanned page without a text layer produces an empty text result.
