How to use PDF N-up

Any N pages per sheet (2–64) in a square-ish grid, scaled to fit — sheet count shown before export.

  1. Prepare your input

Open a PDF and choose how many pages share each sheet.

  2. Use the workspace

Review the calculated grid and sheet count.

  3. Check your result

Export and check reading order and print legibility.

Know the limits

The grid scales pages to fit; many pages per sheet can make small text unreadable.
