PDF Bookmark Editor

Loads the top-level bookmarks as editable lines (Title | page), lets you rename, reorder, add or delete them, and writes a new flat outline pointing at the top of each page. Nested bookmarks are flattened — this editor works on the top level only, and says so.

How to use PDF Bookmark Editor

Edit top-level bookmarks as Title | page lines and write a new outline — nested levels flattened, and it says so.

  1. Prepare your input

Open a PDF and review its top-level bookmark list.

  2. Use the workspace

Edit each line as a title followed by a pipe and page number.

  3. Check your result

Export and test every destination in a PDF viewer.

Know the limits

The new outline is flat. Nested bookmark levels are not preserved as a hierarchy.
