Image Histogram

Counts every pixel into 256 bins — luminance (0.2126 R + 0.7152 G + 0.0722 B, rounded) plus the red, green and blue channels — and exports the exact counts as CSV. The bars below are the luminance histogram; the counts always sum to width × height.

A little guidance. A better result.

How to use Image Histogram

256-bin luminance + RGB counts exported as CSV; counts sum to the pixel total.

  1. Prepare your input

    Open the image to analyse.

  2. Use the workspace

    Inspect luminance and RGB distributions.

  3. Check your result

Export the CSV and check channel counts against the pixel total.

Know the limits

A histogram summarizes channel frequency, not where objects are located in the image.
